How the course works

You can participate in the January or February 4-Week Course. Lost Livestream hours are sent to you archived with lifetime access.

The online course consists of:

  • four two-hour long sessions via Zoom available to attend choosing from the dates: January 4th, 11th, 18st, and 28th, February 1th, 8th, 18th, 28th. Lost livestream hours are archived and are sent to you (up to 4 sessions total).

Course information

Winter is a season that needs inspiration. This is the season of the eternal play between dark and light. It is an invitation to open yourself to the darkness, honor the dark in nature and inside you, embrace tamas, heal, and introspect.

In this season, people usually refer to weight gain, mood changes even to depressive feelings, lack of social connection, too many obligations, like lots of hours working, less time to enjoy home, slow pacing in accomplishing obligations, less entertainment, no time or feeling for vacations, health issues like flu, pale, dry skin, slow digestion, cellulite, anxiety, pain, and traumatic experiences coming into the surface, etc. Winter is a time to go inward, deepen self-awareness, and uplift your consciousness.

Location

This yoga course is held online. Yoga and More is based in Patras, Greece (GMT+2) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.

Your course facilitator

Eva Kirmizaki in this phase of her life celebrates her 38 years of learning and establishing a creative, spiritual and holistic living.

She has a university degree in Education (BA in Greek Philology). She holds a Basic and Advanced DNA Theta Healing certification. She is an ERYT500 from Yoga Alliance with 600 Hours of Yoga Training Education. Her academic studies include also a Master Studies attendance with the title 'Teaching Methodology', from where she was exposed to the complex Feminine Education issue.

She has more than 10 years experience working with groups of people offering yoga classes, retreats, trainings, workshops and courses.

The course sessions emerge from her more than a decade experience in providing yoga services adapted for specific needs.

She works as licenced Educator, Alternative Healer and Yoga Teacher under the greek low.
